1. Переведите письменно следующий текст.

HELP, OUR WATER IS ILL!

In our country there are beautiful seas, lakes, rivers, streams and ponds. We admire their beauty, we swim and boat in them. We cannot live without water. We drink it, we cook our meals, we wash ourselves, wash our clothes and clean our houses with water. Water gives us electricity. It helps people to produce many things in factories and plants. We water flowers, vegetables and trees in our gardens. We catch fish from rivers, lakes and ponds. Water carries ships and boats.

So we really cannot live without water. But do we keep our water clean? Do you know that dragonflies can live only near clean water? If the water is polluted they die at once. Now, many small children in our region do not know what dragonflies are.

Some folk traditions help to keep water clean. For example, they are not allowed to pollute wells, to spit into standing water, etc.

But in what way is it possible to ''treat ill water'' to make it clean again? We need special stations to clean dirty water and circuits for industry water. We must save water at home, not wash cars in rivers, lakes and ponds, keep wells tidy, not put rubbish into the water, and clean small streams.

In some villages and towns there are blue patrols at schools. They watch the streams, ponds and rivers nearby, help to keep them clean and even put small baby fish into them.

Everybody must take care of water because we cannot live without it.

ПОМОГИТЕ, НАША ВОДА ЗАБОЛЕЛА!

В нашей стране есть прекрасные моря, озера, реки, ручьи и пруды. Мы восхищаемся их красотой, мы плаваем в них и катаемся на лодках. Мы не можем жить без воды. Мы пьем ее, готовим еду, моемся, стираем нашу одежду и чистим наши дома с водой. Вода дает нам электричество. Это помогает людям производить много вещей на фабриках и заводах. Мы поливаем цветы, овощи и деревья в наших садах. Мы ловим рыбу из рек, озер и прудов. Вода несет корабли и лодки.

Поэтому мы действительно не можем жить без воды. Но сохраняем ли мы нашу воду чистой? Знаете ли вы, что стрекозы могут жить только возле чистой воды? Если вода загрязнена, они сразу умирают. Сейчас многие маленькие дети в нашем регионе не знают, кто такие стрекозы.

Некоторые народные традиции помогают поддерживать чистоту воды. Например, они не разрешают загрязнять колодцы, плевать в стоячую воду и т.д.
